By day, Will serves as the Controller at Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald, GA — from monthly financial reporting to audits and assistance to leadership with strategic planning. He has spent the last several years working in rural healthcare and accounting, helping two different organizations in South Georgia run more efficiently, stay compliant, and make smart financial decisions.

 

With a Master’s in Accounting and a strong background in multi-entity month-end close management, payroll, and financial planning, he brings a lot of real-world experience to the table. He's also working toward his CPA licensure and always looking for ways to grow and give back through the work he does.

In his personal life, he and his fiancée, Caroline Best, are currently planning to get married in the Spring of 2026. They enjoy spending time with their families and friends between Georgia and South Carolina. He also enjoys leading worship in the contemporary service at his home church - Central Wesleyan Church in Fitzgerald, GA.
